Founded to support emergency service personnel, veterans, and their families, we create safe and supportive spaces where participants can slow down, learn new skills, and rediscover the benefits of time spent outdoors. Our activities range from fire-lighting, shelter building, and woodland cooking to guided walks, mindfulness in nature, and family adventure days.
At the heart of Embers Woodcraft is a belief that time in nature is restorative. For those who have served on the frontline, the outdoors provides a place to step away from pressure, reconnect with community, and build resilience. Every session is designed to be inclusive, welcoming people of all ages and abilities.
Through our work we also raise awareness and funds for blue light charities, ensuring that the benefits extend beyond the woodland and back into the communities we serve.
Whether it’s a team day for frontline workers, a family bushcraft experience, or a community event, Embers Woodcraft brings people together around the fire – creating connection, wellbeing, and lasting memories.
